At Libas e Khas, we work hard to deliver every outfit quickly, safely, and on time — anywhere in the world. This shipping policy explains how we handle delivery, what timelines to expect, how shipping costs are calculated, and what happens when things fall outside our control. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Where We Ship
Libas e Khas ships worldwide to over 50 countries, including:
- United Kingdom (our primary market)
- United States and Canada
- Europe (all EU countries)
- Australia and New Zealand
- Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman)
- Asia-Pacific (Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan)
- Selected African countries

2. Shipping Costs
United Kingdom
- Free shipping on all UK orders over £100
- £15 flat rate on UK orders under £100
International
International shipping costs vary depending on destination, outfit weight, and courier rates at the time of dispatch. Most product pages display the estimated shipping cost for your country at checkout. If the cost is not shown, please contact us for a personalised quote before placing the order.
For high-value or bulk orders, we may offer discounted or complimentary international shipping — message us before ordering to discuss.
3. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines depend on whether your item is ready-to-ship or made-to-order, and the destination country.
Ready-to-Ship Items
- United Kingdom: 4–7 business days from dispatch
- United States & Canada: 7–12 business days
- Europe: 5–9 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- Middle East: 5–9 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–15 business days
Made-to-Order Items
Made-to-order outfits require production time before dispatch. Typical timelines are:
- Production / stitching time: 2–4 weeks (varies by designer and embellishment complexity)
- Delivery after dispatch: as per the destination timelines above
For urgent orders tied to specific event dates, contact us on WhatsApp before checkout to confirm whether we can meet your deadline.
Important Note on Delivery Estimates
All timelines above are best-case estimates based on standard courier performance. They are not guaranteed delivery dates unless we have confirmed a specific delivery guarantee in writing using the word "guaranteed" at the time of your order.
4. Shipping Partners
We dispatch every parcel through internationally recognised couriers to ensure safe, tracked delivery:
- DHL Express — our primary worldwide courier
- Skynet Worldwide Express — for selected destinations
- Royal Mail / Parcelforce — for certain UK deliveries
- FedEx — for selected international routes
Every order is fully tracked. You will receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
United Kingdom
All UK orders are delivered with customs, duties, and VAT fully included in the price — no additional fees on delivery.
International
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are:
- Determined by your local customs authority, not by Libas e Khas
- The responsibility of the customer (recipient)
- Payable directly to the courier or customs office on delivery
We strongly recommend checking your country's import rules before placing an order. We cannot predict or estimate these charges on your behalf.
Refused or Unclaimed Parcels
If a customer refuses to pay import duties or fails to collect the parcel from customs, resulting in the item being returned to us or destroyed by customs:
- No refund will be issued for the outfit or original shipping
- Any re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer
- Made-to-order items remain non-refundable under all circumstances
6. Order Processing & Dispatch
Ready-to-ship orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Made-to-order items are dispatched once production is complete (2–4 weeks).
Please note:
- Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are processed on the next working day
- During peak seasons (Eid, wedding season, Ramadan), processing times may extend slightly due to higher order volume
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships
7. Shipping Delays
While we do everything possible to meet our stated timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. The following situations are not grounds for refund, cancellation, or compensation:
- Courier network disruptions, strikes, or capacity issues
- Customs clearance delays in the destination country
- Seasonal backlogs during Eid, Ramadan, Christmas, and wedding season
- Weather events, natural disasters, or geopolitical disruptions
- Public or religious holidays in the destination country
- Failed delivery attempts when the recipient is unavailable
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
- Customer delays in providing measurements, clarifications, or required information for made-to-order items
If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf. We commit to keeping you informed with honest updates throughout.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Please double-check:
- Full recipient name
- Street address and apartment / flat number
- City, state / county, and postcode / ZIP code
- Country
- Contact phone number (required by couriers)
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, undeliverable location, or failure to collect from the courier:
- We will contact the customer to arrange re-shipping
- Re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer
- Refunds are not available for items returned due to address errors
9. Lost or Stolen Parcels
Every Libas e Khas order is fully insured and tracked. In the rare event that a parcel is declared lost by the courier:
- We will file a formal claim with the courier on your behalf
- Investigations typically take 7–14 business days
- Once the courier confirms the parcel as lost, we will offer a full refund or replacement (subject to stock)
For parcels marked as "delivered" by the courier but not received by the customer, please:
- Check with neighbours, concierges, mailrooms, or other household members
- Review any courier delivery photos or signature proofs
- Contact the courier directly with your tracking number
- Report the issue to us within 48 hours of the "delivered" status
Where the courier provides delivery confirmation (photo, signature, or GPS proof), we are unable to issue refunds for missing parcels. In such cases, theft should be reported to your local police and an insurance claim filed.
10. Multiple Orders & Split Shipments
If you place multiple orders with different items (for example, one ready-to-ship and one made-to-order), they will typically be dispatched separately based on availability. This means:
- Ready-to-ship items dispatch first
- Made-to-order items follow once production is complete
- You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment
- Combined shipping is available on request — contact us before ordering
11. Event Deadlines & Urgent Orders
If you are ordering for a specific event (wedding, Eid, engagement, etc.), please:
- Contact us before placing the order to confirm the deadline can be met
- Provide measurements immediately for made-to-order items to avoid delays
- Respect any published event cutoff deadlines (for example, Eid booking deadlines)
Orders placed after our published cutoff dates are processed at the customer's risk, and no compensation is available if the outfit does not arrive in time for the event.
12. Packaging & Presentation
Every Libas e Khas order is packaged with care:
- Original designer tags and labels preserved
- Designer-branded packaging where provided
- Protective outer packaging to prevent damage in transit
- Gift-ready presentation on request (just leave a note at checkout)
