⚠️ Important Notice — Our Role as a Multi-Brand Retailer
Libas e Khas operates as a trusted gateway connecting UK and international customers with authentic Pakistani designer brands. We are a middleman retailer — not the manufacturer of the outfits we sell.
Every product listed on our website is designed, produced, stitched, and embellished by the respective Pakistani designer (such as Maria B, Suffuse, Faiza Saqlain, Afrozeh, Baroque, etc.). Our role is to source 100% original designer pieces directly from these designers and deliver them to you with care.
Because we do not manufacture the garments ourselves, Libas e Khas is not responsible for the quality of the original designer's fabric, embroidery, embellishments, or craftsmanship. All product quality concerns must be evaluated against the designer's own standards. Dissatisfaction with a designer's style, fabric choice, or production quality is not grounds for a refund, return, or exchange from Libas e Khas.
1. Bespoke & Custom-Made Items — UK Consumer Law
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, specifically Regulation 28(1)(b), bespoke and custom-made items are exempt from standard distance selling cancellation and return rights.
Libas e Khas specialises in made-to-order and designer-sourced outfits. Each piece is produced specifically for the customer, often with size, length, embellishment, or finishing adjustments. Once an order is confirmed:
- The order cannot be cancelled outside the one-hour cancellation window
- The outfit cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery
- Refunds are only issued for verified faults or manufacturing defects
Minor variations in fabric, colour, lace, embroidery, stitching, or embellishment are not considered faults, as these depend on the respective designer's original production process.
2. All Items Are Made-to-Order
All outfits available on libasekhas.co.uk — including those listed in standard sizes (XS, S, M, L, XL) — are made to order. Production only begins after the customer places the order.
This means:
- Every garment falls under our Bespoke Category
- Cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not accepted once an order is placed (except for manufacturing defects or errors on our part)
- Lead times typically range from 2–4 weeks for stitching, plus shipping
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
3. Colour Variations
The colours of products displayed online may vary slightly from the physical outfit due to:
- Photography lighting and studio conditions
- Monitor and screen calibration differences across devices
- Fabric dye lot variations across production runs
- Natural variations in hand-dyed or naturally coloured fabrics
A variation of up to 5%–10% between the on-screen image and the physical outfit is normal and not considered a fault. Colour-related complaints within this tolerance will not be entertained for return or refund.
4. Presentation Items in Product Photos
Please be aware that designer photoshoot images often include styling elements for presentation purposes only. These are not included in your order unless explicitly listed in the product description:
- Extra fabrics or coordinating pieces
- Additional laces, borders, or trims
- Embellishments shown as decoration props
- Potlis (clutch bags), jewellery, shoes, or other accessories
- Bridal crowns, dupatta pins, or hair accessories
Only the outfit components clearly listed in the product description will be shipped. Where embellishments or laces shown in the image are unavailable, we will use the closest-matching alternatives without prior notice — this is standard practice across all Pakistani designers.
5. Our Role as an Authorised Gateway
Libas e Khas is a multi-brand retailer and authorised gateway providing UK and international customers with access to 200+ authentic Pakistani designers. Our role is strictly as follows:

- Designer production quality, fabric choices, or craftsmanship standards
- Designer-specific embellishment or embroidery variations
- Customer dissatisfaction with a designer's overall style or aesthetic
- Designer-led product description inaccuracies (beyond what we can verify)
- Changes made by the designer to a collection after we have listed it

6. Product Descriptions
Product descriptions, fabric details, and collection information on our website are sourced directly from the respective designers' official material. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but:
- Any discrepancies between the designer's description and the finished product are the designer's responsibility
- Missing items not explicitly listed in the description will not be considered a Libas e Khas fault
- We cannot independently verify every fabric blend, thread count, or embellishment material claimed by the designer
By placing an order, you acknowledge that the product descriptions reflect the designer's original specifications as supplied to us.
7. Authenticity Guarantee
Every outfit shipped from Libas e Khas is 100% original, sourced directly from the designer's official supply chain. We guarantee:
- Original designer fabric and embellishments
- Original designer tags and inner labels where supplied
- Designer-branded packaging where provided
- Verified supply chain with no middlemen inflating prices or compromising quality
If you ever receive a product that you believe is not authentic, contact us immediately with photographs and we will investigate promptly. We do not sell replicas, fakes, or imitations — and we never will.
8. Designer Collection Changes
Pakistani designers occasionally discontinue collections, change fabrics mid-production, or make minor alterations to listed outfits. In these cases:
- If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you immediately and offer a full refund or alternative selection
- If a designer makes minor changes (such as replacing a specific lace or embellishment with a similar alternative), we will proceed with the closest match and inform you if the change is material
- Decisions made by designers regarding their own collections are outside Libas e Khas's control
9. Fabric & Embellishment Tolerance
Pakistani designer wear is a handcrafted product. By placing an order, you accept:
- A 5%–10% variation in colour, embellishment placement, and fabric drape is normal
- Substitute materials may be used for beads, sequins, or laces if exact matches are unavailable
- Handwork finishes may vary subtly between pieces from the same collection
- Fabric weight, drape, and finish may differ across dye lots and production runs
These are characteristics of handcrafted couture and are not defects.
