How long does delivery take?
Ready-to-ship items arrive in 5–6 working days via DHL Express. Made-to-order outfits take 3–4 weeks for stitching plus 5–6 days delivery.
Is stitching really free?
Yes! Every order includes free bespoke stitching. Just send us your measurements after placing your order and we'll tailor it to your exact size.
Are all products authentic?
100% authentic, always. We're official UK stockists and every outfit comes with original designer tags and packaging. We also send a video before dispatch.
Are there customs fees?
No surprise fees. All UK customs duties and taxes are included in the price. The amount you see at checkout is the total you pay.
Can I return made-to-order items?
Made-to-order and custom-stitched items are non-returnable as they're bespoke to your measurements. Ready-to-ship items follow our standard return policy.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a DHL tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can track your parcel in real-time from Pakistan to your UK doorstep.
