Order Cancellation

Cancellation Window: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this, cancellations are not possible.

Cancellation Fee: A £20 cancellation fee applies within the UK. International orders incur a fee of £20 + 2% of the order total.

Damaged Products

Reporting Damages: Notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims beyond this period will not be entertained.

Proof of Damage: Provide detailed photos of the damage and packaging.

Returns and Exchanges

Return Window: Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Specific Conditions

Color & Embellishments: Slight variations due to screen display or handcrafted work are normal and not grounds for return.

Custom Orders: Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Jewelry: Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for earrings, necklaces, or nose pieces.
