Bespoke Order Agreement
Made-to-Order Pakistani Designer Garments — Terms of Sale
This Agreement is between Rahim Traders Limited, trading as Libas e Khas (“we”, “us”, “our”), a business registered in the United Kingdom, and you, the customer (“you”, “your”). By ticking the agreement box and placing your order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms before your order is placed into production.
1. The Nature of Our Business & Products
Libas e Khas is an authorised reseller and intermediary for leading Pakistani fashion designers. We source designer collections and facilitate their custom preparation and worldwide delivery to you. We are not the original manufacturer of the base fabric or embroidery; these are created by the respective designers.
Designer collections are supplied to us as unstitched fabric (shirt piece, trouser/bottom fabric, dupatta, and embroidered components as applicable). After you order, we arrange for the garment to be custom-stitched and prepared specifically for you. Because each item is stitched, prepared, or customised to your order, every such garment is a bespoke, made-to-order product.
2. Stitching, Fabric Quantity & Fit
All stitching is performed strictly within the fabric quantity supplied by the designer for that specific outfit. We cannot add fabric the designer did not provide. The final garment dimensions — including shirt length, width, sleeve length, and trouser/bottom width and length — are therefore limited by the original designer fabric. We always stitch to the maximum reasonable extent the supplied fabric allows.
You acknowledge that you cannot claim a refund, return, or chargeback on the basis that, for example, the trousers are not wide enough, the shirt is not long enough, or the flare is not fuller, where those dimensions are constrained by the designer’s supplied fabric.
3. Laces, Embellishments & Finishing
Designer outfits photographed on models are often finished with laces, borders, buttons, tassels, or embellishments that are not included in the unstitched fabric supplied to resellers. Where such components are not provided by the designer, we use the closest matching, similar-quality laces and embellishments to faithfully recreate the look shown in the designer’s images.
You acknowledge that minor differences between the finishing on your garment and the model images are expected, are not defects, and are not grounds for return, refund, or chargeback.
4. Handcrafted Nature, Colour & Quality
Pakistani designer wear is hand-embroidered and hand-finished by artisans. A colour variation of approximately 5%–10% between on-screen images and the physical garment is normal, due to monitor calibration, lighting, and dye-lot differences. Slight variation in embellishment placement, bead/sequin density, thread tone, and fabric weave is inherent to handcrafted couture and is not a defect.
As an authorised reseller, we are responsible for delivering the authentic designer product as described and free from genuine manufacturing defects. We are not the manufacturer of the fabric or embroidery, and normal handcrafted variation described above does not constitute a defect. A subjective dislike of the stitching, where the garment has been correctly stitched and is free from manufacturing defect, is not grounds for a refund.
5. Returns & Refunds — What We Accept
As made-to-order and customised goods, your order is exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. We accept a return or refund ONLY in the following two situations:
- Wrong size delivered by us — we stitched or sent a size different from the one confirmed in your order (our error).
- Verified manufacturing defect — a genuine fault, confirmed by us from clear photographs supplied within the reporting window.
- Change of mind, or “I don’t like it” after delivery.
- A size you selected/measured that we delivered correctly, but which you find tight or loose.
- Dislike of the stitching where the garment is correctly stitched and defect-free.
- Dimensions limited by the designer’s supplied fabric.
- Finishing laces/embellishments differing from the model images.
- Normal handcrafted colour or finishing variation within the 5%–10% tolerance.
- Any item worn, washed, altered, or with tags removed.
Defect or wrong-item claims must be reported with clear photographs within the window stated in our Refund Policy. Approved returns must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags and packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
By agreeing to these terms and placing your order, you confirm you understand the bespoke nature of the goods and agree that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute on any ground excluded by this Agreement constitutes a breach of these terms. In such an event, we reserve the right to submit this Agreement (together with your order confirmation, stitching and dispatch records, delivery confirmation, and all communications) as evidence to the card issuer, payment processor, and relevant authorities to defend the transaction, and to decline future orders.
7. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes your non-excludable statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (including that goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose). This Agreement clarifies, and does not override, those rights. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. This Agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales.
8. Your Acknowledgement
By ticking the agreement box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree that:
- Your order is a bespoke, made-to-order item, stitched and prepared specifically for you.
- The garment is stitched within the designer’s supplied fabric quantity, and you will not claim for dimensions beyond what that fabric allows.
- Similar laces/embellishments may be used where the designer did not supply them, to match the model images.
- You accept normal handcrafted colour and finishing variation of approximately 5%–10%, which is not a defect.
- Returns are accepted ONLY for a wrong size delivered by us, or a verified manufacturing defect — and not for a correctly-delivered size you find tight, nor for a subjective dislike of stitching.
- You agree not to raise a chargeback on any ground excluded by this Agreement.
